
Pizza Margherita with pesto

Tomato sauce
Mozzarella
Buffalo mozzarella
Pesto
Fresh basil
Olive oil

- Preheat the oven to 220 degrees on high and low heat.
- Spread the tomato sauce on the base and top with pieces of mozzarella.
- Bake the pizza in the middle of the oven at 220°C for 6 - 8 minutes until the cheese is melted.
- Once the pizza is ready, tear pieces of buffalo mozzarella and place on the pizza.
- Top with pesto and fresh basil, drizzle with a little olive oil and sprinkle with flaky salt and freshly ground black pepper.
