
Pizza Bianco with asparagus, lemon & Parmesan cheese
For 2 pizzas:
1 package of pizza bases white cabbage base (2 pcs)
5 tbsp creme fraiche
2 dl grated hard cheese, e.g. parmesan cheese
Thinly sliced shallots
Asparagus
Lemon

1. Preheat the oven to about 250 degrees. Leave the tray or pizza stone in the oven while it heats up so that it gets really hot.
2. Spread the créme fraiche on the pizza bases, NOTE! It is important not to leave any edges behind, but to distribute the créme fraiche all over the base so as not to burn the edges.
4. Sprinkle with the grated cheese.
5. Add the shallots.
6. Shave the asparagus using a mandolin or potato peeler and spread it over the pizza.
7. Bake the pizzas in the oven until they have some color, about 6-7 minutes.
8. Top with finely grated lemon zest and watercress.
