
Pizza Bianco with nectarine, burrata and basil
For 2 pizzas:
- 1 package of pizza bases white cabbage base (2 pieces)
- 4 tbsp sour cream
- 2 dl grated mozzarella
- 4 nectarines
- 1 pc burrata
- Basilica
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper
- Preheat the oven to 250 degrees and leave the plate/pizza stone in the oven to heat up.
- Slice the nectarines.
- Spread the creme fraiche on the pizza bases all the way to the edges. Sprinkle with the grated cheese.
- Add half of the nectarine slices.
- Bake the pizzas in the oven for about 6 minutes or until they are nicely colored.
- Top with the remaining nectarine slices.
- Break the burrata and distribute on the pizzas. Add a few basil leaves.
- Finish by drizzling a little olive oil on top, and add salt and pepper.
